C3G Job Placement Unit

C3G Centre for Career Counseling and Guidance have officially branched out another arm to create more job opportunities and interview guidance nation wide to those unemployed and the retrenched. The new wing is named C3G Job Placement Unit and its sphere headed by Ms Yoges a recruitment specialist who has been in the industry for the past 15 years.

The intention of C3G Job Placement Unit is to provide total support on all aspects of career management, development and placement using guidance, counseling coaching and advisory techniques to enhance and to achieve a suitable career as well as work goals.

C3G Job Placement Unit also required to conduct seminars ,workshops and talks nationwide to help job seekers to understand and to identify their skill sets, abilities and interests and to make decisions based on what career will be suitable to suit their lifestyle in accordance to their current circumstances.

The Unit will also provide a comprehensive information and advice on job search, interview techniques, grooming and a proper guide to create a resume.

Another additional functionality of C3G Job Placement Unit is to provide information and to create awareness on Train and place schemes. This program is fully sponsored by the Malaysian Government and its an initiative by the government where by a jobless or a retrenched candidate can be trained according to their preferred skill courses with a monthly allowance is paid and a job is guaranteed at the end of the course module
C3G Job Placement Unit officially started on 4th of May 2009 and within a short span of time I must say that quite a number of people who was in need of assistance have benefited. Attached a brief activity report from the C3G Job Placement Unit.
